Delivery:-

 Initiating the project kick off call and inviting all the stake holders on to the call
 Kick off process transition meetings and make sure process transitions are done as per transition plan.
 Performing a feasibility study to determine the deliverables
 Performing a scope analysis & collecting the requirements
 Planning the project (Base Line.WBS, Schedule, Estimated Resources, Estimated Duration, Risks)
 Coordinates meetings with project manager to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the project.
 Proactively escalate the risks to all stake holders and make sure there is an agreement on the risk mitigation plan
 Initiating meetings with technology team for walk-through of BRD or issue resolution
