Delivery:-
Initiating the project kick off call and inviting all the stake holders on to the call
Kick off process transition meetings and make sure process transitions are done as per transition plan.
Performing a feasibility study to determine the deliverables
Performing a scope analysis & collecting the requirements
Planning the project (Base Line.WBS, Schedule, Estimated Resources, Estimated Duration, Risks)
Coordinates meetings with project manager to discuss project impediments, needed resources or issues/delays in completing the project.
Proactively escalate the risks to all stake holders and make sure there is an agreement on the risk mitigation plan
Initiating meetings with technology team for walk-through of BRD or issue resolution
Execute the project as per the project plan
Quality assurance there by making sure all deliverables attains set quality standards

Meeting the client at regular intervals to make sure we are delivering the best

Handle client escalations and do RCA and report the findings in document to client.
Take necessary steps to make sure incidents reported on RCA are not repeated through process check and making changes to them.
