• Leading a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment
• Lead and coordinate all project activities, allocate work and provide guidance to project teams
• Accountable for delivering projects on time, within budget and meeting the strategic business and technical requirements
• Monitor progress and make the adjustments, as needed. Conduct periodic reviews to ensure projects are on track
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria
• Manage stakeholder communication, provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about risks, issues, corrective measures, and progress
• Maintain and track project risks and issues, manage risk mitigation plans, escalate in a timely manner, communicate to appropriate parties, and drive to resolution
• Responsible for the delivery of proposals, project plans, resource plans, progress reports and presentations to upper management.
• Ensure the delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Cross functional coordination which involves collaboration, communication, and cooperation between individuals or groups from various functional areas
• Leading Application migration projects
• Security and compliance audits
• Prepare weekly and monthly status reports
• Participate in business meetings with various stakeholders
• Prepare data (KPI scorecards, project status etc.) for the monthly/quarterly governance meetings with customer and drive the meeting
• Team management for achieving the milestones as per plan
• Perform trend analysis, identify top contributed incidents and work with respective teams/individual to minimize the incidents.
Responsibilities:
• Windows server Admin
• Schedule/Manage backup of the servers (Domain Controller, Mail Server etc.)
• Install desktop operating systems, install applications on desktops/laptops
• Setting up Network
• Server OS installation, OS upgrade, fix technical issues
• Provide hardware-based support for servers/desktops
• Coordinate with Microsoft, IBM, HP support teams to fix the issues
• Mentoring new team members
• Printer management/Asset management
• Manage the applications used by customer
Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electronics & Communication Engineering
