1-Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
2-Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
3-Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
4-Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
5-Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
6-Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
7-Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
8-Coordinate training sessions and seminars
9-Perform orientations, onboarding and update records with new hires
10-Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
11-Support other functions as assigned

2- Source candidates according to every project
3- Handling calls with potential candidates to check with them every detail about their main job tasks
4- Preparing Recruitment Status Reports.
5- Follow up the Mobilization process of candidates with the concerned employee & Cooperate with our Mobilization Department to finish all required procedures .
6- Sorting CV's in Database according to every category of Jobs .
7- Documenting candidate's papers .
8- leading call center team for Handle externals calls .
9- Handle Interviews & candidates tests .
10- Handle received E - mails .
11- Do any other Administrative work .

• More than five years of diversified and extensive experience in human resource, administrative and facility services management with a distinguished and constant record with two multinational reputable organizations.
• Handling operations of comprehensive human resource department including recruitment, selection testing, policy and compensation and benefits, human resource information system.
• Handling the activities of employment and recruitment both nationally and internationally.
• Handling the day-to-day routine personnel affairs including transportation, medical coverage, etc.
• Ability to responsible of internal and external correspondence.
