Corporate Communications responsibilities:
 Building and maintaining a network of relationships with regional TV, print and online media through the activation of P&G’s Media Club
 Designing and implementing annual corporate communications plan, including production of corporate communications print and online materials
 Preempting, mitigating and managing reputational risks and crisis
 Representing the company in relevant regional business, industrial and civil society forums

Government Relations responsibilities:
 Building and maintaining a network of key policymaking bodies, industry associations, trade associations and industry partners in the region
 Developing representation strategy and action plan for targeted proactive representation in key policy influencing organizations, with the aim of integrating government FMCG agenda setting and lobbying for industry and exports incentives
 Managing relationships with government officials throughout the region, including education of officials about the value of the company and building corporate reputation
 Managing industry-wide projects within national industry associations

CSR / Sustainability responsibilities:
 Designing and managing sustainability vision and projects in the areas of environment, health, education, water resources management and poverty reduction
 Building and maintaining a network of relationships with local and international civil society organizations, NGOs and donors
 Lecturing about P&G’s sustainability in local and regional forums

- Building and and managing the Egyptian network of NGOs for the Euro-Mediterranean Foundation for Dialogue between Cultures (90 NGOs)
- Establishing and managing partnerships and protocols of cooperation with partners in Belgium, Cyprus, France, Greece, Italy, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, United kingdom, in addition to Egypt
- Writing grant proposals, designing and managing the implementation of various World Bank and European Commission funded cultural projects
- Managing the implementation of conferences, scholarly seminars, cultural events, exhibitions and concerts involving different players across the Euro-Mediterranean region
- Participating in the strategic planning and change management strategy for the Library of Alexandria
