Coordinating with technical support to enhance quality.
Sending reports describing any damage.

-Achieving procedures with the bank in order to receive bill of lading, credit documents and others concerning shipments.
-Tracking shipments from the country of origin till the arrival to Beirut.
-Coordinating with marine agencies to achieve delivery procedures in the port.
-Customer service.
