• Develop strategic messages, marketing plans, and content for radio, print, and Web advertising a monthly basis.
• Collaborate as member of a 6-person sales team responsible for marketing and selling pharmaceuticals for 3 suppliers (Acino, Liptis, and Hash Pharma).
• Administer the distribution of all pharmaceuticals to hospitals, polyclinics, chain-pharmacies, and street pharmacies.
• Collect cash from customers according to their payments schedules, maintaining an average of 97% to 100% cash collection each month.
• Promote and drive sales of pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals and specialties.
• Create monthly forecasts for cash collection based on the customer’s sales and payment history.
• Successful in building excellent relationships with customers by resolving problems (e.g. making expiry returns, returns for a stagnant medicines or/and exchanges), and ensuring accurate collection due dates and on-time delivery of pharmaceuticals.
• Boosted 2015 sales revenues by 15% in 2016 by employing vertical expansion (sales turnover of current accounts) and horizontal expansion (opening of new, valuable accounts).
