BLUE WATER PROJECT (DUBAI EYE) in DUBAI The project is cost 3 Billion DHS is content of 10 buildings each building consists diffrents floors, swimming pools, land scapes in different shapes, Facede system and steel structures work, ready made pods with client ( MERAAS ) going on till now.
Responsibilities :
Assists in preparation and implementation of Project Execution Plan (PEP).
Attends the Weekly Progress Meetings .
Coordinates materials and assists in the logistics, its shipment and receipt at construction site.
Actively assists project superintendent with enforcement of site safety to avoid LTI .
Ensure work is performed as per plans and specifications via coordination with the Quality Assurance (QA).
Assist in the planning and sequencing of the construction operations according to the Project Quality Plan.
Assist with updating and maintaining master CPM schedule.
Evaluate field problems and document RFI’s.
Report quantities in place and maintain labor cost report.
Preparing daily, weekly and monthly reports showing site Progress and materials.
Provide Technical Support to other site team members.
Able to perform all essential Entry Level/Intern Project Engineer responsibilities.
CICPA CAMP Project in ABU DHABI The project is cost 160 million dhs is content of 2 Main buildings, services buildings, land scapes in different shapes, Facede system, and parking shades with client ( ADNOC ) .
Responsibilities :
Establish, report and follow up all on non-conformance activities.
Enforce the relevant safety rules at site and make sure personal protective.
equipment is worn as and where required by the staff under their responsibility.
Conduct daily briefing with site team leaders to follow-up and report on the work progress in order to anticipate any possible delays with regards to planned tasks.
Take immediate corrective action to avoid any cumulative effect of such deviation and recover the delay to finish the task in due time
Coordinate regular inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors.
Evaluate and resolve any discrepancies and problems arising during construction which affect the quality of works performed.
Coordinate the handing over of completed works to client and completion of the necessary rectification works.
