Project Management & Financial Control:
• Complete oversight for successful execution of assigned projects to meet corporate goals for safety, environmental protection, quality, forecast project duration within time frame and budget, develop budget and schedule, in accordance with the company core values.
• Provides and delivers on cost saving ideas to deliver the project below budget.
• Lead multi-disciplined team of professionals to achieve project objectives.
• Identify and evaluates alternative solutions to best meet program goals.
• Implement company policies & procedures to identify & minimize risk, subcontractor & vendor performance, Manpower cost control, budget sheets, profit study, material cost control.
• Experience of working within a challenging international environment
Procurement:
• Up to date with market prices for main elements, therefore project’s budget control.
• In a good relation with heads of major lead suppliers in Gulf market.
