• Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.

• Adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needs or financing for the project change
• Understand all relevant project documents relating to the cost Management of allocated project(s) and provide feedback during the budget approval process. Issue suitable direction to subordinate staff to ensure they have a clear idea on what is required.
• Develop cost structures for all activities, ensuring the agreement with the allocated budgets, plans and accurately assigning costs to designated items to provide better means for controlling day-to-day activities.
• Direct the compilation of the CCS accounts for every project audit to ensure correct information is passed to site.
• Manage the format and upload the CCS Approved budget in the ERP within 10-14 days of receiving the data from Estimating.
• Manage and assist in the Production of the Monthly Company Cost Report based on EV Method for BCWP Actual Cost, Committed Cost, CTC, CAC, CV .. Etc, and achieve it within 15 days from the end of the month.
• Ensure that any alteration to the Budget is recorded, IBC’s are issued, obtain Approval from PD on the budget revision and revise the budget accordingly.
• Review Monthly Company Cost Report with PD and support with site visits where required. These site visits are to provide feedback to the top management and ensure work process is in place.
• Collect all Data and create cost reports for Actual Cost, Committed Cost, CTC, PMMR … Etc.
• Performing value management and Cost Control through budget.
• Work on BOQ’s items variation orders, value engineering and claims raised against alteration to the scope of works related to contract clauses.
• Assisting in establishing a client's requirements and undertaking Feasibility Studies.
• Revise PO’s for Budget allocation on work packages with given Cost Codes and issue approvals through ERP system.
• Valuing completed work and arranging Interim Payment Application.
• Valuing sub-contractors works as per submitted invoices and issue Interim Payments Certificates.
• Create Logs such as Payments Certificates Log, sub-contractor’s payments log, PO’s log … Etc.
• implementing the Company’s Procedures and processes.
• Direct in-charge for Site QS, Purchasing and Contract Agreement which are the associated Stakeholders in the implementation of Procedure.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Department Managers and the persons for top line findings and required improvements.
• Provide main assistance in communicating with Site QS, Storekeepers and other implementers regarding deficiencies in system.
• Receive all Contract documents related to costs, specifications, and State Law regulations for construction.
• Ensure that no any payment is found to be late more than:
- Not to hold any payments to Suppliers for more than 48 hours.
- Not to hold any payments for Subcontractors for more than 5 days.
• IF any payment found late than above stated days, communicate through memo, letter, or any written form with responsible person.
• Ensure correct information / data are provided and available to validate that payments are not made for incomplete or insufficient reasons.

steel works, supporting systems DOKA sysytem, SGB, RMD, and surveying ....Etc.

• Run the inspection along with QC and Consultant as Approved Engineer
• Send MR's to procurement department for materials (Steel, Doka materials, Scuffoldings ...Etc.
• Follow safety in site inspect all materials and systems as an approved scaffolds inspector by TUV
