 Liaise with relevant Project Heads, Department Heads and Planning Manager in forecasting of Workers’ requirements for Departments/Projects where necessary & take appropriate steps to ensure proper Manpower Management & utilization at respective projects.
 Keep a track of all workers’ requirements of Projects /Departments, status of new employees joining and making a plan for timely mobilization & demobilization without keeping any workers’ idle.
 Monitor the Workers’ Arrivals, Airport pickups, Accommodation arrangements, Induction and ensure that the new workers’ are issued with PPEs before the mobilization to the projects.
 Ensure timely signing of Employment Contracts by newly recruited workers’ and coordinate with Immigration Department / Time Office for their Medical Test, Finger Test arrangement and Residence Permit fixing within the stipulated time.
 Coordinate with Logistics Department for required Workers’ Accommodation and ensure Workers’ Accommodations are available for mobilizing Workers’ for Projects/Departments.


 Liaise with Immigration Department to ensure all administrative work related to government and legal aspects of employment such as Residency Permit renewals, entry/exit permits etc. is completed as required.
 Ensure a Comprehensive Performance Evaluation Policy & Forms for Workers is formulated and its’ implemented.

 Ensure the Resigned & Terminated Workers’ RP cancelation confirmation and Exit Air Ticket is filled and confirmed the same.
 Monitor the metrash report and ensure the terminated & resigned workers are exit timely, if not report absconding immediately.
 Supervise all the Welfare Section Staffs and Monitor all Welfare Staffs’ activities/ requirements of the Projects’ Welfare Office.
 Ensure that the Workers Welfare Forum at each workers accommodation is carried out and action taken based on the outcome of the Workers Welfare Forum.
 Monitor and Conduct periodical pre-inspections of Welfare Standards at Workers’ Accommodations/ Project/ Department through Welfare Section Staffs and attend Welfare initiatives to be addressed with the consultations of the Manager - HR & Admin and Manager - Logistic & PR.
 Monitor all formalities of Deceased Employee (if occurred) until it is dispatched at the very earliest day to families and ensure that due final settlements or other requirements are arranged as per Company Policy and Qatar Labour Law.

 Coordinate & Supervise Logistics Departmental functions in support of Employee welfare & logistic needs & initiate corrective & preventive actions.
