Responsible for delivering several large scale projects against agreed scope, budget, schedule & customer expectations. Doing this whilst supervising, directing & motivating projects teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Leading project planning sessions.
• Coordinating staff and internal resources.
• Managing project progress and adapt work as required.
• Ensuring projects meet deadlines.
• Managing relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Designing and signing off on contracts.
• Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation.
• Participating in tender process i.e. design, submission and review.
• Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for executive staff.
• Optimising and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary.
• Managing large and diverse teams

• Muhayil West Substation 380/132/13.8KV BSP. Muhayil Aseer, KSA

Design, Installation, testing & commissioning for the following fire protection systems as per NFPA standards and local civil defense regulations:
• Sprinkler, standpipe and hose systems.
• Fire alarm systems.
• Pre-action systems.
• Deluge systems.
• FM-200 system.
• Inert gas fire suppression system.
• CO2 fire suppression system.
• Water based foam systems.
• Water mist system.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Design, supervising, installing, commissioning and maintaining the firefighting, fire suppression, fire alarm, voice evacuation & emergency lighting systems according to NFPA codes & local civil defense regulations.
• Preparing shop, coordination and builders work drawings.
• Preparing proposals and material submittals.
• Following up with consultant for drawing & material approvals.
• Ordering projects material and following up with suppliers.
• Preparing monthly progress invoices.
• Coordinating fire protection works with civil and other MEP services.
• Managing project’s manpower and subcontractors.
• Attending weekly site meetings.
• Preparing the weekly reports and look ahead schedules.
• Following up with the civil defense for approvals and final inspections.
Working as a Site Engineer with a reputable company GEFE
(Amman-Jordan), specialized in fire alarm, fire fighting, security
and CCTV systems.
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering with GPA 83.5 (Very Good).
