• As a KBR-AMCDE representative, oversaw all aspects of the following projects valued at a total of $30 million:
• Formulate project quality plans (PQPs), project execution plans (PEPs), and project risk management plans (PRMs).
• Devise and implement workflows for each stage of designing Gas, Water, and Oil wells, as well as for 30%, 60%, and 90% submission cycles.
• Secure substantial reductions in well design timeline while maintaining project KPIs regarding milestones, safety, and quality; achieved 67% well design completion within five months, surpassing the 41.7% milestone target while upholding high safety and quality standards.
• Engage proactively in client meetings, present project weekly/monthly progress, share lessons learned during design, and follow up on the collection of invoice submissions with the involved parties.

• Performed essential leadership functions to empower the “Upgrade Abqaiq Field Water Injection System Project” from early in the detailed design stage until 98% of the construction was completed.

• Led mechanical engineering, procurement, and construction for a 38 km pipeline and high-capacity pump
systems (9000HP & 4500HP).
• Ensured compliance with SAES, SAMSS, API, and NEMA standards across all project phases
• Resolved complex technical issues, including isolation gasket selection, FAT discrepancies, and material integrity
concerns
• Coordinated with CSD, PID, and proponents to secure approvals and ensure engineering alignment
• Supported the Upgrade Abqaiq Field Water Injection System Project from detailed design to 98% construction
completion
• Collaborated proactively with the construction contractor to resolve technical and contractual issues, oversee
and validate change orders, and ensure project progress proceeded smoothly without delays or impact on the
schedule

• Directed all project management functions for maintenance and operations King Fahad Industrial Port, including project scope, time, cost, quality, risk, and communication management.
• The project included all facilities inside the Port such as administration buildings, warehouses, and industrial storage tanks.
• Fostered productive connections between project team members and external parties and coordinated meetings including preparing agendas, schedules, and supporting materials.
• Contributed to the development of cost estimates and management of the budget throughout projects.

• Rapidly iterated throughout the design process to arrive at solutions that met cost and quality objectives as well as key product specifications.
