1. Supervise receipt of all shipments. Process receiving, discrepancy, and damage reports as needed.
2. Move inventory to various locations manually and by operating mechanical equipment, including fork lift, pallet jack, and handcart.
3. Load and unload delivery truck by hand or with pallet jack.
4. Assume responsibility for delivery of all items received by warehouse to proper school or department on a daily basis.
5. Supervise warehousing and storage of all supplies, equipment, and consumable materials.
6. Initiate all purchase requests to keep stock items available at all times.
7. Operate tools, equipment, and machinery according to prescribed safety procedures.
8. Follow established safety procedures and techniques to perform job duties including lifting, climbing, etc.
9. Correct unsafe conditions in work area and report any conditions that are not correctable to stores Manager immediately
10- Responsible for inventory control and daily coordination with the purchasing department to insure that the appropriate product levels were available in the warehouse.
KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
1- I could connect between main warehouse in the factory and sub-warehouses in the projects sites which enabled us to control increase and decrease, damaged, lost, and expired materials in projects. (.
2-Increased warehouse efficiency, stock control and dispatch by rescheduling and prioritizing workloads, and improved dispatch accuracy significantly, from approximately 85% to 98%
3-Saved 10% in packing costs by recycling and using alternative packing materials and reduced inventory discrepancies by 45% annually through the development of an innovative tracking system
4-Lead the inventory control accuracy level of 99.6% on an average inventory level of $6 million
5-Control inventory levels by conducting physical counts on a daily basis; reconciling all discrepancies by end of business every day.
6-Implemented an audit process that led to 100% put a ways with no errors as well as successfully managing a SKU growth of over 98%.
7- Work closely with replenishment planners to ensure safety stock levels are maintained and our goal of 92% OTTR (On Time to Requirement ) is meet day to day.

1-Manage and control the Store to ensure that no item is brought in to the Company or leaves the store without the correct Procedures being followed
2- Coordinate with production & maintenance managers in regards to the Minimum and Maximum Required level (MRL) of order
3- Control the availability, movement and request of the items according to the MRL
4- Supervise the efficiency of the raw material receipt counting, weighting sending samples to QC and stocking
5- Verify that the issue of the requested materials is done according to the company procedure
6- Monitor the delivery of issued goods to the right department/area
7- Conduct periodic physical inventory and investigate the discrepancies with the books if any
8- Manage and double check the daily data entry in the store (Receipt vouchers, and Issue vouchers …)
9- Coordinate with finance department via-à-vis amount of the stocks

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
1-I noticed the mess. Raw materials were mixed with finished goods and Accessories. I allocated the raw material warehouse separately as well as for accessories and used all available spaces which saved 100000 SAR annually.
2-Implemented a new inventory storage system.
3-Reduce the inventory cost by almost 15% with proper planning.
4-Increased employee productivity by 20% by establishing production standards and reduced injury claims by 40% through the introduction of a safety awareness program
5- Work closely with replenishment planners to ensure safety stock levels are maintained and our goal of 92% OTTR (On Time to Requirement ) is meet day to day.

1-Plan, control and manage inventory levels of all stock items in central and site stores.
2- Conduct periodic inspections to all stores to ensure that all operations are being done as per define policies and procedures.
3- Ensure all materials received in stores are being inspected, maintained and delivered on time and as per defined policies and procedures.
4- Ensure that all stores related data is being updated and maintained properly, report on stock discrepancies.
5- Supervise the write offs, damaged or expired material and disposal of fixed assets.
6- In case of non-availability of materials, liaising with suppliers for rescheduling of deliveries/ and or approving usage of alternative materials.
7- Supervising annual stock taking.
8- Coordination with purchase department for urgent material requirements.
9- Checking the Indent to Store and raise the Purchase request for unavailable items.
10- Control receipt and issue of materials and components.
11- Checking the taking delivery of materials, components and consumables from suppliers.

15- Notify the project manager or site supervisor on depletion of stock or imbalance against requirement.

18- Checking randomly Daily Stores Issue Voucher (SIV) as per materials allotment list or Indent to stores with relevant Job Numbers.

KEY ACHIEVEMENTS:
1- I was selected by Senior management to open new warehouse and train personal in Saudi Arabia Kingdom and I did succeed completely and issued some forms such as:(GRN, SIV, purchase request, petty cash and scrap), also the list of goods concerning the factory etc. to facilitate the process.
2-I was promoted from supervisor to a main warehouse manager where I controlled inventory and used all available space until there was no fiscal deficit anymore.
3- I could make use of materials before they were expired in new projects with the cooperation of engineering department which saved a lot of money and decreased expenses by using slow moving materials to make it useful as possible as could be as well. (
4- Training sub-stores store keepers about warehouses tasks and documentations.
5-Create item card EXCEL data base to follow all transaction each SKU and locations in warehouse.
6-Analyzed and controlled all inventory discrepancies on a daily basis.

4. Repair damaged power tools which return back from projects site and save cost for new ones..
5. Saving cost overtime by doing work on time without any dely.
6. Developed a location audit program to identify, correct, and improve material location accuracy from 73% accuracy to 98% accuracy.
7. Created new training program to help reduce overall turnover and cost. Dropped labor cost by 3%, Increased picking efficiencies through the new training program.
8. Moved over 6, 000 pallets from 2 locations into one within 5 days, warehouse operational on the fifth day.
9. Work closely with replenishment planners to ensure safety stock levels are maintained and our goal of 92% OTTR (On Time to Requirement ) is meet day to day.

2. Trained workers how to perform when downloading and uploading materials which increased productivity. Therefore, all faults between the warehouse and factory disappeared. This lead to regular issuing when there was demand and I was awarded by the company. (
3. Implemented new method of tagging materials for easy spot location
4. Performed daily, weekly, monthly, and periodic cycle counts to ensure the accuracy of the inventory
5. Improved productivity by purchasing new storage racks and equipment.
6. Received company bonus for inventory accuracy of 99% which was an improvement from 60%
7. Work closely with replenishment planners to ensure safety stock levels are maintained and our goal of 92% OTTR (On Time to Requirement) is meet day to day.
