Involved in all new QA activities that related to QA troubleshooting
•Manages and maintains databases for the quality system and prepares/assists in preparation of annual reports and quality trending reports
•Reports the status of the quality levels of staff, systems and production activities and participates in improvement programs
•Participates in the evaluation of quality events, incidents and possible complaints and the follow-up activities in the GMP departments
•Keep up to date with all related quality legislation and compliance issues
•Writing technical documents such as standard style sheet, test cases and scenarios, testing summary reports, test plans and business documentation.
•Writing /follow up bugs, new features and suggestion
•Analyze/evaluate business logic of tested software.
•Supervise and train SQA juniors.
•Track and follow up any project’s updates, changes, incidents.
•Run different testing types (smoke test, system test, regression and confirmation and compatibility testing)
•Make effective search to develop SQA work according to department’s needs.
