• Develop, initiate, and maintain policies and procedures for the general operation of the company.
• Manage the Quality and Compliance functions by developing and implementing policies, procedures, and guidelines in alignment with the company's vision and corporate strategy.
• Direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of activity so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering high quality and cost-effective results.
• Act as an independent review to ensure that all compliance issues or concerns within the company are being appropriately evaluated, investigated and resolved.

Assess and identify the potential risks that may hinder the reputation, safety, security and financial prosperity of their organization, and implementing processes and procedures to ensure the preparedness to deal with any potential threats.
• Conducting detailed risk assessments by analyzing documents, statistics, reports and market trends.
• Demonstrates basic knowledge of providing services related to controls around the financial reporting, compliance and operational processes.

• Develop, Manage implement, communicate and maintain a quality plan to bring the Company’s Quality Assurance Systems and Policies into compliance with quality system requirements.
• Schedule QA inspections and audits for all upcoming shipments from oversea locations.
• Working with vendors and suppliers to establish, implement and maintain quality requirements in the final product.
• Lead change improvement in quality across the organization to ensure compliance with textile standards and legislation as per Quality Manual.
• Monitored QA/QC performance by gathering relevant production data and producing statistical reports to be communicated with all related departments. Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training.

Work as Quality Manager & Management Representative for Quality (MRQ), monitoring and follow up of Q.C & Q.A staff actions, preparing rout sheets and OPC’s for new products and reviewing specifications, and follow up the implementation and documentation of the ISO System.
Six Sigma tools were applied in the factory to improve the quality level. The methodology used was the subject for my master degree thesis.
