Personnel during project life cycle
• Obtain manpower histogram from Project Management.
• Liaise with Project Director, Construction Director to prepare the 120 days site resources look ahead and uploads it to the Mob/Demob then release it to the functions.
• Partner with HR, C&B, Admin at head office to finalize project benefits and rotation.
• Liaise with IT to create project name, locations, benefits and rotation on ERP and HRMS.
• Develop a welcome kit (Employee hand book).
• Liaise with Functions to advise if internal resources are available to fill open positions.
• Follow up with functions and HR to stay updated with the status of hiring personnel.
• Raise HOD authorization form to change working location of employees joining the project.
• Handle onboarding of personnel upon arrival to site.
• Handle leave management, leave applications and R&R tickets.
• Review employees expenses claims, approve or reject complying with company and project policy.
• Ensure employees work permits, visas, trainings certificates and passes are valid and renewed.
• An important member of the emergency response team; play a major role in case of emergency.
• Assist employees with their timesheet troubles, complete mandatory compliance courses, complete scorecards and performance assessment.
• Ensure compliance of site personnel with company HR and Admin policies.
• Liaise with project senior management to maintain the 120 days resources demob look ahead and share with the function and updates the mob/demob list.
