• Travelling to Oman twice every month, to follow up crushers, Omani Customs dept., Oman Arab Bank, Oman Traffic Dept., any other government department related to logistics / transportation work.
• Familiar with most of the regulations related to Abu Dhabi Ports, for marine Transportation. (Musaffah Port & Free Abu Dhabi Abu Dhabi).
• Distribution, maintain and manage the fleet of more than 700 NOs of Machineries and Vehicles (such as: Bulldozer, Shovel, Grader, Backhoe Loader, Mobile Cranes, Excavators, Skid steer \{BOBCAT\}, Boom Loaders, Piling M/C, Dumpers, Road Rollers, Asphalt machinery, Milling M/C, Light Vehicles, Heavy Trucks, Trailers, Buses, etc.) in addition to more than 100, 000 material requisitions into more than 15 projects at the same time with different clients (such as: Municipality, DOT, ADNOC, ADCO, ADMA, Military forces, Department of Presidential Affairs DOPA and H.H. Sheikh Mansour Engineering Office).
• Handling the preventive maintenance of all machineries and vehicles addition to any breakdown at workshop or at roads.
• Handling Asphalt plant Production.
• Handling more than 700 of Drivers, Operators, and Helpers in addition to Asphalt Groups, to arrange their works and to schedule their annual leave to avoid any shortage at any time of the year.
• Inspecting sites to make sure that machineries and vehicles are working in proper manner and reach the maximum productivity.
• Handling the Registration Renewal preparation and arrange the machineries replacements in short time to assure the same productivity of the projects.
• Preparing the maintenance plan for all the required machineries and vehicles on weekly basis.
• Follow up with insurance company for any accident claim, and preparing the renewal vehicles and equipment’s every year.
• Responsible for selling any vehicle or machine for sale, by dealing with clients and follow up till the registration transfer.
• Implement road routs for all trucks to reach their target destination in short time to reduce the fuel consumption.
• Reporting the fleet productivity, arranging the projects inquiries based on project cost and requirements and reduces the cost of sub-contractors by minimizing the hiring.
• Handling the Fuel Management System, controlling and monitoring the fuel consumptions by reviewing the filling repentance along with the working hours and submit report for the fuel consumption per month and per vehicle / machinery.
• Assisting the Estimation Dept. in pricing the projects by finding the nearest material resources (Stock piles, crushers, approved material suppliers).
• Dealing with Government Depts. Such as RTA, Police Stations, Traffic Courts, Municipality, etc. for necessary following up for releasing vehicles or accidents reports and traffic fines.
Controlling more than 40 technicians at Dubai Water Front Branch
Handling the service and maintenance of a fleet of 400 of Trucks, light vehicles, Mobile Concrete Pumps, Static Concrete Pumps and Placing Booms, Transit Mixers, Generators and Heavy Equipment’s with the handover documents
Dealing with Government Depts. Such as RTA, Police Stations, Traffic Courts, Municipality, etc. for necessary following up for releasing vehicles or accidents reports and traffic fines
Handling the Maintenance of Concrete Batching Plants in absence of the Maintenance In-charge. Handle the maintenance of 6 Batching Plants in addition to the workshop for more than 2 months
Contacting dealers and suppliers for spare parts and negotiate them for the service repairing jobs and warranty claims
Cooperating with the main branch at Mussafah, Abu Dhabi
Handling the store in addition to the cash purchase
24 Hours on call, standby for any emergency
Handling any accident, turn over or sand stuck of any Trailer or Transit Mixer in proper way to reduce the cost
In-charge for Installing and repairing a lot of carpentry Machines (Mechanical and Computerized \{CNC\})
In-Charge on automatic production 3 lines; linked together, connected with two robotic systems
Responsible for the Technical operating and improvement of the lines
Supervising on 2 foreman and 10 operators
Preparing \[Daily Target Production, (Weekly, Quarter annual & Annual Breakdown and Delay in Production Report) & Necessary Documents for ISO\]
CNC Plasma and Oxygen cutting machine programming.
Assisting IT Dept. in software and Network troubleshooting related to the Automatic Production Lines
