- Manage technical team resources
-Manage contractual deliverables in compliance with the client requirements
-Manage adherence to the procedures described in the design manual
-Create a positive and proactive approach that drives the whole of the team
-Conduct co-ordination meetings and direct actions
-Supervising engineering team and other professionals.
-Obtaining approvals from the main stakeholders and finalizing the projects.
-Monitor the timely responses to RFIs, processing of change orders, and method statement approvals.

Job Descreption :
-Site surveys and data gathering exercises at locations
- Responsible for design team activities and assisting Principal Designer and Engineers. - provide engineering support to the site team during design, engineering and construction
- Preparation and checking of all civil/structural design deliverables
-Assist in the coordination of all activities related to civil/structural systems

Check drawings, contracts and BOQ.
Quantity surveyor for civil work.
Set up and prepare monthly invoice.
Set up and prepare M.T.O. of Buildings.
Prepare and draw as-built drawings.
Organize and supervise the material procurement according to executive drawings.
Structural Checking of Steel and R.C. Building.

-Assist the Site Manager/ Project Manager in day to day activities.
