Highlights:
• Significant ‘C’ level contribution: Created a 10 year Business Plan, incl. a $750m re-fleeting project; launched a $0.6m FBO (Fixed Based Operation) VIP Terminal JV at Seychelles International Airport; oversaw CAPEX projects including two $15m Boeing Business Jet interior refurbishments; a $15m HQ build and a $9m aircraft hangar with maintenance facility. In addition, created dashboard strategy reporting, KPIs (280 departmental/20 corporate) & balanced scorecards to provide the Board with detailed oversight of operations, liabilities, customers and yield.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reporting to the President and CEO; working as a pivotal member of the executive team, supporting all operational executives and departments in critical decision making relating to global pricing, re-fleeting, operations and project management.

• Researching and developing the company’s fleet plan, and handling the full life cycle of the fleet planning process from RFP to procurement, all legal contracts (construction/financing etc.) and inductions of new aircraft.
• Prepared aircraft management, financial analysis and procurement/disposal proposals for aircraft owners.

In addition, collaborated on the launch of the first GPRS (Mobile Internet Technology) on a Satellite network, which increased annual revenues by $2m.

• Reported to the VP; exploiting strong financial planning and analysis skills to assist with Zain Jordan 5 year plan; investment appraisals; marketing budget; market/industry analysis; business models and analysis of the company's revenue drivers.
• Led on pricing for all Voice and Data product services, bundling, product evaluation, assessment and roll out/piloting.
• Prepared management reports on monthly analysis of market segmentation, global benchmarking, subscriber behavior, analysis of marketing/company KPIs and the balanced score card (strategy and performance tool) for all the departments.

Worked between pricing, strategy and marketing to reduce business case approval time by 50%; provided insightful fixed asset analysis on key projects ($0.2m - $40m) which decided upon 60 aircraft to ‘ground’ during industry downturn and worked with a team that avoided $19M in one-time overhaul costs through sale-lease back agreement on JT8D engines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Reported to the Director of Finance in Technical Operations ($2bn OPEX / 4, 000 mechanics); created all business critical financial reports for the leadership team, as well as operating/capital budgets for key projects (approx. $30m CAPEX).
• Developed business cases to support capital and expense expenditure including: Analysis of make vs. buy decisions; productivity; process improvement analysis and airworthiness projects.
• Conduit between Finance & Marketing/Yield Management divisions on all aircraft technical and interior upgrade projects.
