Company Profile: SSIF “former Social Security Investment Unit, SSIU” was established in 2003. Currently it is with around (7.00) Billion USD assets under management including passively and actively managed equity portfolios exceeding (2.80) billion USD allocated within acceptable risk levels over a long term time investment horizon, with a strategic objective to provide liquidity to face future obligations to beneficiaries of the Social Security Corporation.

• Prepare entire fundamental analysis and valuation reports, relating to current holdings or probable positions, and issuing relevant recommendations.
• Involved in all aspects of deal process, including analysis, financial modeling, & valuation of potential investment.
• Recommend investment opportunities that may appear as result to economic developments, through executing detailed analysis, and reliable financial modeling.
• Prepare and participate in internal & external presentations to senior management, and board of directors.
• Issue the relevant recommendation regarding IPOs, through preparing analysis and valuation report to determine the fairness of IPO price, risk considerations, and overall suitability in terms of strategic asset allocation.
• Track disclosures and data issued by listed companies, and prepare relevant recommendation depending on sufficient analysis.
• Propose some creative finance initiatives such as a proposal for launching Exchange Traded Fund (ETF) in Jordan and a proposal for Securities lending.

Involved in due surveillance and monitored over trades in Amman Stock Exchange to assure conformity of executed trades with the applicable regulations, and provided evidences of violations or fraudulent actions through sufficient researches and analysis.
Coordinated with the suspected parties and received their documents & any form of evidences, or insight investigation.
Drafted report on the cases and presented it to the chairman and to the board of commissioners.
Provided persuasive evidences of violation in major cases.
