Description of My Responsibly:
• Responsible for supervising construction sites & running construction projects.
• Function as main point of contact for owner & as on-site representative.
• supervising and overseeing the direction of the project, ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met.

• Meets with subcontractors to discuss scope of project, make deals & agreements.
• project budgets, monitor costs against budgets & coordinate all work to achieve project budget & profit objectives.
• Provide cost information to Regional project manager for preparation as needed.
• In charge of project fit out including: (MEP) HVAC, fire alarm & firefighting system, electrical works, plumbing works. Civil works: floor & walls works, block & plastering works, wooden works, in & out door cladding. sign boards works, Sound system, CCTV system.
as per the Architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical plans. with the communication and right instruction from the site engineer.
• In charge of kitchen equipment & furniture installations as per the floor distribution plans.
• In charge of handling maintenance contracts of the site with third party contracting companies.
• Ensuring that the project is completed on time & within the budget as the BOQ.
• Submit all operational invoices for each site.
• Prepare & submit site report on weekly basis to Regional project manager.
• Review contractor field operations for quality levels & conformance to contract documents.
• Make sure the project is technically sound & the build meets strict construction guidelines.
