Mission and Responsibilities:
1. Supervised the Engineering, Construction, Testing & Commissioning of all MEP systems.
2. Executed MEP works based on project baselines and milestones.
3. Monitored Execution of Works based on Project Baseline Plan and provided Planning team mitigation plans for critical activities to avoid delays in project completion target dates.
4. Conducted several meetings with all the suppliers and subcontractors to check all related works and progress on site.
5. Managed the design and build; scope of work of all MEP and ICT works indoor and outdoor.

Worked with Samsung -Contracting and Construction Enterprises Joint venture in Tadawul Tower project;

1. Managed Engineering, Construction and Testing & Commissioning of all BMS/ICT systems.

2. Coordinated with other MEP trades for the installation of BMS/ICT services and containments.

3. Allocated the Emergency Gensets substations with ATS and Synchronizing panels.

5. Installed the Complete DATA Center Solutions including all MEP works.

6. Executed the MEP works for the underground pump rooms serving all Villa's.

7. Managed hiring for certain roles and actively coordinated talent management and recruitment.

8. Assisted in organizing and overseeing assignments, planning and coordinating in-house and outsourced resources.

9. Reduced costs by streamlining contract bidding and procurement processes to assure best prices for materials and services.

Worked with CCE as Senior Electrical Engineer & Electrical Construction Manager in five different projects Starting CITC (Communication & Information Technology and Commission), Sheikh Khaled Al Nabet Villa’s Compound with residential building for the staff working in Al Nabet Villa’s, ITCC (Information Technology & Communication Complex - Phase2 - Convention Hotel (Crowne Plaza Hotel), NewFab Factory New Electrical distribution & Al Rajhi Bank Headquarter Project (4B-GF-37 Floors - MEP Building - 11 Floors Car parks building)- Joint Venture with SAMSUNG C&T between 2009 to 2017:


Responsibilities and achievements:

4. Prepared Fire alarm interface list and BMS I/O list, Sequence of operation, and integrations with all MEP equipment.

5. Attended client and consultant meetings to finalize the design issues and modifications.

7. Led Fire alarm systems interfaces installations and BMS integrations for MEP systems.

8. Prepared the MEP weekly progress report by updating the weekly installation progress from all MEP Engineers and supervisors.

Worked in MacCorp for low current systems. Our mission was to provide the customer with the quotation requested and material-technical submittal. The main objective was to supply, install and test the systems on-site.

Responsibilities and achievements:


1. Provided bidding, quotations, and engineering documents for customers.

2. Prepared technical submittals for consultant approvals.

3. Designed low current systems (Fire alarm, CCTV, Access Control Systems, and Intrusion systems)

4. Supervised site executions and managed site installations.

5. Completed the testing and commissioning for the installations and handed over to the client as per project requirements and time frame.
