Actively working with CEO Event Management LLC and Vibes Events & Promotions LLC| Dubai and Abu Dhabi:
-Coordinate, supervise and participate in events, exhibitions, promotional activities, road and trade shows in UAE, Kuwait, and KSA such as:
o Special Olympics World Games Abu Dhabi 2019, The Dubai World Cup, Arab Health, Comic Con, etc.
o Promotional activities with Land Rover, Toyota, Etisalat, Majid Al Futtaim, Samsung, LG, Huawei, GITEX, Department of Culture and Tourism (Abu Dhabi) etc.
-Coordinate activations and project launches for clients while ensuring high standards of business ethics.
-Assist in hiring and training event staff and supervise their daily activities.
-Work with the communications team to drive internal promotion of company programs and initiatives.
-Direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.
-Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, guidance and researching and recommending new opportunities.
-Prioritize company interests at all times and maintain strong and lasting relationships with clients, suppliers, venue manager, and colleagues.
-Educating customers, visitors, and citizens about
Expo 2020’s mission, events, themes and exhibitions
at government entities and banks such Dubai Islamic
Bank, Emirates NBD, Dubai Municipality, Emirates
Airlines Headquarters etc.
-Was responsible for the humanoid robot; Pepper, and trained staff in different Emirates NBD branches on how to operate it and make use of it at the bank.
-Interacted with customers and branch visitors on a daily basis to monitor their feedback and escalate complaints to concerned departments.
-Worked in close collaboration with the marketing
team and branch manager to promote Future of Banking products and services as part of their digital strategy to enhance digital and mobile banking services.
-Worked on producing innovative solutions related to customer service and experience at the branch.
