• Install and upgrade hardware and software components
• Perform technical support for end users (by phone or on-site & remotely).

• Servers Systems & network administration (Windows 2003/2008/2012-based systems).
• Answer users questions and give advice

• Perform maintenance and installation for all types of printers, scanners,
• Responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance infrastructure related software
• Perform moderately complex Windows desk top systems administration and server administration
• Create & manage user accounts, permissions and passwords.
• Configuration & troubleshoot of Active Directory Domain network
• Perform routine preventative server’s system maintenance
• Administrating VDI environment
• Installations and upgrades and related software packages.
• Applying operating system updates, patches, and configuration changes
• Perform technical support for MTN Staff and end users (by phone or on-site & remotely).
• Manage all complains through the IT specified system (OTRS)
• Answering technical queries and assisting users
• Test and implement Patches.
• Analyzing system logs and identifying potential issues with computer systems
• Introducing and integrating new technologies into existing data center environments
• Ensuring that the network infrastructure is up and running.
• Configuring, adding, and deleting file systems
• Performing routine audit of systems and software
• Hands-on experience Troubleshoot, analyze and maintain fix technical problem (hardware & software) .
• Perform technical support for organizations and end users ( site & remotely).
• Installed, repaired, maintained, and upgraded desktop and notebook computers; laptops performed maintenance on all types of printers, Scanners, Fax & Digital Senders, and perform periodic maintenance.
• Install and upgrade all types of windows software.
