• Deliver Mechanical engineering services that meet the required specification,
applicable statutory and regulatory specifications on time within budget.
• Ensure the project scope is clear and that changes comply with the project
change management process.
• Provide assistance and advice during procurement, construction and
commissioning activities.
• Communicate effectively with the engineering team and all concerns on the
site for daily activity.
• Preparing the BOQ, time schedule, cash flow, procuring the material for the
projects.
• Installation of HVAC units (chillers, Package units, AHU’s, FCU’s CRAC and
condensing units) as per specification and drawings.
• Installation and insulation ducting and piping.
• Prepare shop drawing and As-built Drawing.
• Conducting site survey, operation & maintenance and troubleshooting for ongoing and operated projects.
• Follow up and ensure units supplied to the site as per specifications.

Position: Mechanical Site Engineer for the below projects
➢ USAID / LEARNING ENVIRONMENT: IMPROVED INFRASTRUCTURE PROGRAM /
Package no 13 / at AL salt, Main contractor (Amer Al-Dmour & partner company/Al
falloujeh)
➢ Free Zone Building Corporation & North runway rehabilitation project at Queen Ali
International Airport, Main contractor (Butec -Lebanon JV Altrawneh - Jordan)
Duties
• Provide assistance and advice during procurement, construction and
commissioning activities.
• Communicate effectively with the engineering team and all concerns on the
site for daily activity.
• Installation and maintenance of the HVAC system (Chiller, FCU, AHU and
Package Unit)
• Installation and insulation ducting and piping.
• Rehabilitation of the Drainage system, Water system and gas system in
laboratories
• Installation of the Plumbing system
• Conducting site survey, operation & maintenance and troubleshooting for ongoing and operated projects.
• Follow up and ensure units supplied to the site as per specifications.
• Prepare shop drawing and As-built Drawing.
• Handing over all Mechanical Work to the consultant.
