- Responsible for working closely with the suppliers and managing the company’s procurement activities.

- Lead slow moving products reduction project, and came up with marketing team on action plan.
- Pro-actively Contacted customers to identify their needs and offer them solutions before closing the deals. Follow up for feedback comes up later on.
- Coordinated with the logistic & procurement team to ensure material requirements are sufficiently met to match customer needs.
- Attended straining course and completed different reports on various topics related to customer service.
