- Handling hundreds of conversations every month to ensure maintaining the stability of our users base.
- Troubleshooting all kinds of problems (technical wise) and reporting them to the right team.
- Responsible for creating every single asset in our docs pages.
- Responsible for responding to the reviews we receive.
-Creating new material depending on the levels of the customers.
-Mainly training customers on fluency and pronunciations within a grammatically strong context.
-Responsible for handling all the traffic in the factory's network.
-Responsible for keeping the factory's website up to date while monitoring its stability.
-Responsible for a strong and flexible database for all the Apple devices in the factory.
-Fixing all -software and hardware- PC related problems.
