As Facilities Management Director, carrying out the following job responsibilities:
Managing the operations across complete portfolio of FM services.
Managing CAPEX & OPEX and responsible for the P/L of the FM business.
Responsible for recruitment of all projects team members.
Heading the FM division within the Company.
Developing connections with existing and new clients.
Reviewing all technical proposals submission.
Oversee the development of feasibility studies for all assets.

. Oversee the performance of the teams through Performance Management Systems and Business KPI’s as per the terms of the agreement.
• Developing the business strategy for the FM division operations.
• Reviewing all technical proposals submission ensuring compliance with tender requirements.
• Managing revenues of 30 Million AED
• Review costs, operations and forecast data to determine the FM division progress.
• Responsible for all functions related to FM, recruitment, HR, financial.
• Supporting clients with the analysis of their portfolios.
• Conduct performance review meetings with direct reports and define the area of improvement.
• Responsible for recruitment of all projects team members.
• Advising client on their FM operations and necessary development areas.

As Senior Facilities Manager, carrying out the following job responsibilities-
Managing the Handing over process for ADNOC NEW HQ which consists of 77stories along with the associated facilities.
Acting Head of FM in Hill International.
Managing the operations across ADNOC portfolio and assessing the service providers’ performance.
Managing the tendering process for all FM services with overall budget more than 120 Million.
Developing the business processes and rules for the entire operations.
Establishment of all FM (Hard & Soft) services from scratch.
Establishment of CAFM system & centralized helpdesk.
Development of FM strategy and managing implementation.
Building up a competent FM team to ensure successful delivery of the project.
Managing Multi discipline teams with multinational origins.
Establishing in conjunction with end users, the required SLA’s & SOP’s and monitoring the performance against these standards
Preparation of the handing over strategy for the project
Preparation of the relocation plan for the Company to ensure business continuity.
Preparation and review of RFP’s for all service providers.
Reviewing existing contracts and carrying gap analysis to identify the contractual week areas .
Drafting the overall department strategy for senior management approval.
Carrying gap analysis on the existing contracts and seeking enhancements.
Liaising with tenants, end users & their representatives.
Coordination with local authorities for any operational requirements.
Maintaining relationships with end users, tenants and Company employees.
Setting the FM department organization chart.
Managing the tendering process for all FM services
Managing ALL DLP Issues
Coordinating& communicating with various stakeholders in ADNOC and managing the interface between them.

Job responsibilities:-
-Managing more than 400 different sites for Abu Dhabi government .
-Currently acting as Facilities area manager
-Responsible for comprehensive and preventive maintenance .
-Managing various types of contracts TFM & MEP
-Carrying building audits
-Issuing work orders and processing contractors payments
-Chairing contractors meetings and solving operations issues
-Preparing reports and providing recommendations for the clients . & end users
-Monitoring contractors performance according to the required
SLA & KPI and helping them to achieve it
-Working on CAFM .
-Ensuring that HSE is implemented on sites
-Providing support for the rest of the team
-Reviewing the PPM plan and monitoring the progress
-Carrying site visits and ensuring the satisfaction of end users
-Providing technical support and recommendations for the clients
-Monitoring the assets survey going on & updating it periodically
-Reporting to the Regional manger

In order to reach client satisfactory (managing budgets around
100 million annually )
-Responsible for comprehensive & emergency maintenance of
Schools, Mosques & governmental buildings
- following the contractors as per SLA and ensuring the KPI
-Leading a team of Engineers and controlling the contractors
- Following all types of work (civil, electrical & mechanical )
- Member in the committee that is evaluating the contractors.
- Working on CAFM system
-Reporting to the FM directly
-Issuing Work orders
-Inspecting works on site and ensuring that quality is Implemented
-Dealing with all parties (client, consultant &contractors )
And coordinating between them -Checking the works after completion and passing the payments
-Attending meetings with the clients, contractors and consultants
-Reviewing contracts and evaluating technically the contractors
During tenders processes .
-Issuing tenders upon client requirements to satisfy Client needs
- Providing full control on site activities, foreman and labors
-following safety precautions and achieving required project quality
- Provide assistance and support for the rest of the team .
-following project specs and the application method for all activities to . avoid repeated works .
-Preparing Inspections schedule and planning everydays inspections
-Dealing with all parties of the project (client, consultant &sub- contactors)
-Checking and following all activites on site and controlling the sub- contractors and finding immediate solutions for any problems
-Reporting to the Project manager and Project Director
-Checking concrete arrival on site and make sure its achieving project
Specs and requirements
-attending meetings and preparing progress reports
-Checking materials and getting approvals for it
Supervise and insure that the quality of the site works confirms with the project specifications and the company quality standards
Insure that all method statements and work procedures are being processed as planned.
Issuing Non-conformance report for any non matching activites with the specifications required.
Provide inspection services to insure that workmanship and materials are as specified by the Client.
Responsible for daily reporting of the site`s progress to the Resident Engineer (RE) and Assistant Resident Engineer (ARE).
Controller responsibility over all contractor`s activities in the Whole project.
Issue and follow up of snag lists for all Bungalows, Villas and Road works.
Working as a site engineer responsible for execution of group of Villas & buildings.
Coordinating the handover of units for the tenants.
