• Studying the scope of work & specifications of the assigned project and designing various electrical systems as per the standard.
• Overall planning, scheduling, monitoring and management of project including works scheduling, monitoring progress of work to ensure timely completion without any cost and time overrun.
• Managing the full life-cycle of the project and ensuring the project is successfully completed from beginning to end including project kick-off, designing, execution and completion, all whilst ensuring compliance with PARSONS internal controls policies
• Controls over project cost and schedule, scope, quality of work and project control
• Manage the collection data relating to the progress of critical work including any problems and delays that may affect the work
• Report on the progress of delivery against pre-identified milestones
• Prepare monthly reports in delivery for the client and deliver presentations on progress
• Managing the full life-cycle of bids and ensuring the bid is successfully completed
• Mentor and develop staff, providing leadership and positive working environment
• Review of drawings, material specifications and bill of quantity, getting approvals from the end customer for all types of drawings
• Monitor and review compliance with the requirements of the Group's management system and report findings
• Lead the electrical and telecom coordination with MOH
• Applied a meetings with all consultants to be make sure the design are respects Saudi codes
• Involved in 4-phases Technical Support Review (TSR)
• Answers RFI of consultants and contractors
• Applies technical expertise and knowledge (infrastructure) to be able to attend technical meetings and add value to progress regarding obtaining approvals/NOCs.
• Aware of strategy for how to approach the design approval process and be knowledgeable of design approval procedures..
• Communicate and coordinate with local authorities, by letters, meeting, workshops, etc
• Review all electrical (MV & LV) plans, design elements (drawings, reports, etc...) to ensure compliance with local requirements and that all authorities’ comments have been addressed.
• Update all project managers and the permitting manager on progress, to include but not limited to, upcoming meetings, presentations, NOC status, etc..
• Obtain the approvals for any design changes might occurred during the construction or design development.
• Provides the full coordination with relevant authorities during design review and construction periods.
• Support contractors to obtain the construction NOCs.
• Assist the NOC Team Leader with recruitment and training of NOC personnel.
• Schedules and conducts NOC meetings on a monthly basis.
• Reviews new procedures and discusses topics of concern.
• Attending client meetings.
• Responsibility to ensure that the wireless SLA’s and KPI’s which the vendor signed for are met.
• 24/7 on-call to provide the emergency technical support services to NOC & operations teams.
• Responsible for the day-to-day administration of information systems and databases for network Operations.
• Monitoring, analysis, troubleshooting and supervision tasks for the Wi-Max /LTE network, including access.
• IP networks connectivity especially core internet routing issues, transmission faults between different POPs and traffic diversion.
• Provide tier 2 technical support and maintenance.
• Make sure all corrective measurements taken meet and exceed the SLA’s in FO & BO.
