9. Creating project logs and leading a team of project managers per facility.
10. Recruitment of staff for all the facilities, managed a team of 190 HMC staff / 800 sub-contractors, supervisors and managers (Production, Hygiene, Service)

22. JCI 5th edition, ISO 9001 (quality), HACCP 22000 compliance and implementation.
23. Maintaining an accurate function book and filing system for the Catering department.
24. Maintain an accurate tracking of signed function contracts, Terms & Conditions, and rooming lists.
25. Conducting monthly auditing and meeting following up on all the Sub-contractors operations (Hospital service and commercial), creating and implementing SLA, KPI and penalty system.
26. Planning the yearly budgeting and forecasts (Opex, Capex) with the department’s cost controllers.
27. Serious and Major Incident Programs creation of drills and actual exercise. (HMC and National).
28. Creation and implementation of SLA / KPI yearly renewals with all facilities.
29. Supervise Quality Audit and Food Safety Audit Teams (catering).
30. Analyzing complaints or concerns that arise within the relative departments, initiating investigations with the food safety, quality and hygiene team.
