Coordinate and follow up on regular basis with analysts, development, QA and operations till closure of project/CR.
Follow up on Release Deployment and ensuring release is deployed on time.
Lead the implementation of project until its RFS. Obtain acceptance and approval of deliverables (RFS, UAT Sign off from TM). Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
