Accountable for
-Commercial Services:
Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements,
and other financial information.
Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans .
Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process
Handle customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them.
Issuance of Letters of Credit (LCs) and Letters of guarantees (LGs), Bills of Collection with their amendments, and audits them to ensure their correctness. Documents customer's liabilities and facilities` conditions (LCs and LGs) to ensure that all necessary data and documents are available and included in customer's facilities before passing them to direct officer to approve them.
Provide special services such as investment banking for clients with more specialized needs .
Responsible for data entry for accounts payable processing in Great Plains financial system, including corporate and project accounting.
Prepares batch payables for approval.
Ensures complete supporting documentation for all invoice payments are on file in accordance with the Management Board Directives and audit requirements.

• Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
• Responsible for the performance and development of the Account Executives.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.
• Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.
• Conducts one-on-one review with all Account Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of Account Executive’s sales and activity performance.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
