• Managing and Directing the Supply Chain Department by driving procurement best practices, KPI implementation, strategic negotiation with suppliers and service agents for the short and long run
• Streamlining supply chain processes, reducing cycle time to enhance product delivery
• Managing production schedules plan, purchasing, Material control and warehousing to optimize customer service
