Full responsibility on Document Control System Such as; Contracts, Transmittal, Correspondence, Drawings, Designs, Meetings Minutes, Special studies, Reports …etc.
An Employer Representative for Management on levels of Communication between the different parties and the Project documentation, during "phase I" the construction engineering phase.
Just in Time, Projects director assistant to co-operate between the ports authority, contractors and engineers.
Prepare of regular progress reports & exceptional reports, and update the works schedule and operations.
