Responsible for driving and implementing the Talent Management Strategy at MTN, guide and coach line managers to coordinate and facilitate talent review meetings.
The objective of the talent review process is to understand People Balance Sheet through assisting the business to analyze key talent data, make informed decisions, minimize risks and effectively grow the company pipeline. Main role includes:

•Review and analyze the company critical/ scarce positions and current incumbents

•Minimizing talent losses through Retention/ Motivation matrix

Leadership Talent Management: (Certified Leadership Talent Management Custodian by Peopletree Group - Talent Management & HR Consulting)

•Managed the Leadership Talent Management program that aims at identifying the talent pool and targeting the Talent Management needs covering: talent accounting, talent demand planning, talent supply management and talent value management. This program includes Executives, Senior Managers and Managers of MTN Syria.
•Trained the company leaders on the Talent Genome Competency model, the innovative Talent Manager System where they can build their own profiles, verify their subordinates’ profiles and manage their development plans accordingly.
•Facilitated over a hundred sessions of 360° feedback for company leaders and worked with Executives to identify leaders’ Personal Development Plans and monitor their progress throughout the year.
•Managed and coordinated the succession planning of Executives and all key positions, and prepared succession readiness development plans.
•Managed the project of identifying Key positions and Key people in the company, reviewing results with CEO and Executives and setting retention plans accordingly.

Y’elloStars Program:
-Managed all functions related to Y’elloStars Program which is an incentive scheme for all MTN companies.
-Successfully managed and organized two Y’elloStars MENA Regional events in Syria on 2008 and 2010 for 200 invitees from all MTN MENA countries. This is a mega event which aims at recognizing and honoring the best achievers in MTN in the MENA region.
-Appointed as MENA Region Y’elloStars Forums’ Chairperson: the main role included the coordination between MTN Group Custodian and MENA Custodians to ensure proper and unified implementation of Y’elloStars processes.
-Participated in the development of “Mobiletools” the new web-based system of Y’elloStars and managed the translation of the Arabic version which is used in Syria, Yemen and Sudan.
