Create an outstanding buying experience for the customer.
Create a professional buying atmosphere.
Greet all customers in a professional, friendly, and timely manner, including answering phones and directing customer inquiries.
Participate in marketing efforts to solicit new business, including but not limited to promoting the brand inside the store/retail location
Work with store management in opening, closing and operating the retail facility.
Sell specific products and services to consumers.

-Analyzes communication needs of customer and consults with staff engineers regarding technical problems.
-Trains establishment personnel in equipment use, utilizing knowledge of electronics and product sold.
-Recommends equipment to meet customer requirements, considering salable features, such as flexibility, cost, capacity, and economy of operation.
-Negotiates terms of sale and services with customer.
-Conduct daily inventory and check and balance of the stocks
-Build customer confidence through rendering efficient services in relevant areas.
-Assigned to handle import documents and ensures that all data pertaining to each consignment is fed into the system.
-Monitors the offloading of import cargo and secures each consignment to their appropriate location.
-Accepts general cargo and correlates with the Airline staff regarding consignments planned to be loaded on the scheduled flight for the day.
-Conducts a weekly inventory of the import warehouse to monitor all undelivered cargo and notify the respective consignees regarding their consignments.
-Ensures sufficient utilization of cargo space allocation.
-Controls agent’s activities like adjusting of cargo manifest, returning offloaded cargo to the warehouse etc….
-Negotiates terms of sale and services with customer.
