Ward Nurse is accountable and responsible for all management and administrative duties in the department. -Is responsible for ensuring optimal patient care and safety at all times by: 1. Supervising and monitoring standards of care delivered by all staff, including interns, students and staff from outside institutions who are “attached” for on -job-training.
2.Co-coordinating and supervising the implementation of patient care as per the scientific principle .
3. Delegating duties to others only if they are qualified and competent to carry them out.
-Ensure that adequate and appropriate material resources are available, and are utilized efficiently and effectively, at all times.
-Ensure that all staff are aware of, and adhere to all administrative and clinical policies and procedures of both the hospital and the MOH, as applicable. -Ward Nurse Emergency Room directs nursing service activities in the emergency room. Delegates responsibilities to auxiliary and emergency room staff nurses; supervises preparation and maintenance of emergency room patient clinical records, and writes reports on emergency room staff performance and services rendered. Maintains pre-set inventory standards for solutions, supplies, medicines and equipment, and keeps track of narcotics. I have been graduated from an accredited nursing program with current licenser and at least 12 years of direct experience. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on wide experience and judgement to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a diversity of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude . Typically reports to top management.-Assesses quality of patient care, makes appropriate interventions and coordinates resolution of problems with the Nursing /Medical team.-Educates/advises patients and family members in matters of health and hygiene.-Counsels and directs staff as and when required.

Study on how to Develops and implements nursing policies, objectives, and initiatives. Ability to Reviews nursing department operations to ensure compliance with established standards. Ensures that all patients receive the highest quality care. A Master's degree in area of specialty and at least 12 years of experience in the field or in a related area. I am familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. May provide consultation on complex projects and is considered to be the top-level contributor/specialist. Ability to work with multicultural community
