• Assigned senior production engineer for a staff of engineers and technicians (50 persons) in chemical complex for fertilizers (Sulfuric acid, Phosphoric acid, Triple super phosphate, Dicalcuim phosphate, Potassium sulfate (SOP), Calcium chloride(CaCl2) and utilities)
• Submitting data performance parameters to the upper management, along with proposals to eliminate bottlenecks in operation, improve plant operation & reliability and to reduce product cost.
• Plan, coordinate and manage operation activities to achieve safe, reliable and efficient operation and production targets.
• Managing safety at the Plant: Create the corporate climate for safety, Implementing company safety policy, Analyze, Investigate, and Report causes of accidents.

A) Provides operational and process engineering evaluations.
B) Evaluates operational systems and associated risks, recommends modifications / solutions as required using process engineering techniques
C) Reviews projects and recommends improvements to meet safety and operational requirements with feasibility to implementing HSE procedures.
D) Reviewing and updating Piping and Instrument Diagram (P&ID’s), Process Flow Diagram (PFD’s), MSDS and Block Flow Diagram (PFD’s)
E) Carries out performance monitoring of equipment.
F) Provide Technical support and advice in the areas of energy management, cost improvement, product improvement, quality control, DCS and debottlenecking for continual improvement.
G) Preparing feasibility studies for in-house projects.
H) Training for employees (safety, environment, process control, quality and problem solving).
j) Handle production facilities with the most economical procedure.
K) Troubleshoot operational problems & report all faults (mechanical and electrical).
L) Forecast raw material consumption and make proper orders with the purchasing department & to receive materials according to company procedures.
M) Follow up with the QC department for raw material and finishing product testing.
