Collaborates with marketing intelligence resource and analyze report results of activities to provide recommendations and forecasts.
Created Templates of Reports & Analysis for the Management to track the performance of each Supplier by Branches, by Month, By Channel & by SKU.
Design and Make the Reports for Suppliers in a way which are interactive and easily understandable.
Designing of New Formats to make the top Management Life Easier includes Forecasting, Sales Tracking along with A&P Spend Management.
Monitor and evaluate TM programs and activities to measure effectiveness and recommendation of improvements as needed.
Implementation of marketing plans and consumer activity plans.

Workings as Projects Sales Coordinator: -
• Maintains healthy relationship with existing & new customers.
• Handling of top and confidential agreements and projects records.
• Collect Prices from vendors through emails and phone calls.
• Preparation of cost sheets & quotations.
• Introduced & Implemented CRM Solution to keep close track on business Reports.
• Designs large project plans on MS Project.
• Regular follow up on existing quotations and sales leads.
• Regular follow up on payments and submission of invoices etc.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and Accounts department.
• Preparing proposals, agreements, sales reports, and presentations.
• Coordinate and Manage internal office meetings.
• Assisting in preparation & implementation of sales strategies.
Workings as a Marketing Executive: -
• Manage and coordinate with all marketing, Sales, advertising and promotional activities.
• Analysis of customer, current market conditions and competitor information.
• Develop and implement marketing plans for new and existing products.
• Handling Social Media Marketing and e-Marketing Campaigns.
• Designing of product price structure.
• Construct complete forecast with cash-flows and the feasible
re-order points for a specific brand.
• Manage one Sales Account Executive and one Van salesman.
• Regular market visit and customer feedback.
Directly reporting to Managing Director
Plan and implement training programs.
Mainly work with the trainer.
Prepares training materials, tests, and assessment information.
Receive and file incoming letters, documents.
Supply and manage office equipments, machines or properties to office and manufactures, kitchen utilities.
Schedule meeting if any.
Manage administrative department, maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Create, control, and monitor all administrative requirements of other departments.
Other duties as assigned.
Develop the overall sales strategy of assigned area like budget, Territory management and Key account management.
Supervise a sales team to merchandise company products to Supermarkets.
Conduct meetings with the distributor head for feedback on status of sales.
Travel with the sales team regularly to provide backup to the team whenever necessary.
Generate status reports regarding the overall sales achievements.
To check proper implementation of sales campaigns and promotional activities.
