completed 1000+ tendering for past 7 years by Autocad.
Roles and Responsibilities:
* Reading tender drawings, documents, contracts, specifications
and soil report.
* Taking of all quantities from Earth works to finishing, MEP
works and steel quantities for pricing concrete prices in BOQ.
* Quoting price as per Specifications.
* Applying NOC's from authorities, Material approvals,
Reviewing BOQ and primary demarcation for starting projects.
* Arranging all requirements and approval from authorities to
start new projects.
* Ordering materials, preparing BBS checking with BOQ.
* Applying variations as per revised drawings.
* Applying RFI to consultant and municipality for structural
auditing.
* Preparing testing reports to achieve good quality of works.
* Attending meeting with consultants and clients.

* Planning for next activities ahead schedules.
* Monitoring of works in daily basis to achieve good finishing.
* Applying for building completion certificates and following
NOC's for MEP works to complete projects.
Activities handled at project: Storage tank footing, Ring
wall, Loading and unloading bay, Weighing bridge, Pigging and
manifold, G+2 Admin building, Guard room, Bund wall, Leak
detection well, Light pole foundation, Machine foundations.
I have completed my degree with no history of arrear.
