• Undertake the inspection & ongoing monitoring of project works.
• Undertake the inspection to facilitate the work inspection request process.
• Issuing site observation report & monitor the status of WIR’s & MIR’s
• Maintaining the test report from calibration agency.
• Reviewing the method of statement & inspection test plan for MEP activities which are in-line with project
specification.
• Execute as per plan, giving measurement & works to sub contractor & labours.
• As per BCC mall management safety rules execute in site.
• Total 8nos of site I need to control & update to our management.
• Take care while big shipment coming to mall & arrangement of works.
• Solving mall security & labour problems.
• Labour, client & mall management staff handling.
• Inspect the site & collect details like ( Built-up area, Market value, Location etc.)
• Maximum 3 to 6 I will inspect the site per day.
• While taking this details make a report for bank submission.
• Maximum 1 to 3 report it time to make per day.
• Then I will delivery the report to the bank, on the way I go to site inspection.
• The company is bank panel for SBI, Axis, Allahabad bank etc.
• Daily morning Pep-talk giving to labour.
• Taking safety permit from the HSE dept & execute the safety role in the site.
• Labour arrangement before going to work & execute the work as per plan & quality.
• Taking BBS quantity calculation for base by base work.
• Client & labour handling.
• Labour productivity calculation & report to construction manager.
• Work planning for day after work & report the pending work to manager.
• Material & labour calculation in the site.
• Report making day of the work.
• Labour arrangement.
• Creating technical plan for construction work.
• Elevation & Interior design creation.
