Installation of all electricals were carried out as per approved shop drawings ensuring with safety requirements and as per standards.
•Installation of 11 KV/6.6KV switchyard, Transformers, Circuit breaker, CT's PT's
•Supervision of installation, Testing and Commissioning of LV Capacitor bank, LV/HV switch gear and cable terminations, Electrical panels, Motors and pumps.
•Installation of 25MVA Power Transformer, LV switch gears (RMUs, ATSs, SF6 ACB ) and low voltage main distribution boards, SMDB and MDB.
•Installation and commissioning of variable frequency drive
PROJECT 1: banswara cement power station/ 1X20 MW CAPTIVE THERMAL POWER
PLANT / 11kv and 6.6kv switch yard
PROJECT 2: AGB energy limited / 2X30 MW CAPTIVE THERMAL POWER PLANT / 33kv
and 11kv switch yard.
•Having synchronizing knowledge of 1x20 MW power plant and 11kv/6.6kv switch yard.
•Installation, Testing and commissioning of 11kv/6.6kv circuit breaker and isolator and CTs, PTs, CVTs.
•Installation of 11kv/6.6kv switch gears, power transformer, auxiliary transformer, HT, LT panels
•Charging the HT & LT switchboard and protective the substation equipment layout, Lighting and Earthing layout. Checking of shunt reactor.
•Testing and commissioning of Relays Areva, Siemens, P & B Bus bar protection, Differential protection, Transformer protection, Over voltage, Under voltage, Over current protection, Motor protection, Auxiliary relays, General protection relays.
•Checking the schematic diagrams and interconnections of Motors, Transformer, incomer and outgoing feeders.
•Testing of HV/MV cables, bus bar MV and LV motors, CT and VT breaking test of test procedures and documents.
•Introducing / Modifying Control and Protection Schemes for an existing system like Bus-bar Protection, Voltage Selection Scheme, and Synchronizing Scheme etc.
•Cable Schedule Preparation. And Installation System and Scheme analysis.
•preparation of Cable sizing, Earthing sizing and lighting calculation. and fire fighting equipments like fire extinguishers.
•Co-ordination for SCADA, PLC and tele protection modifications
Installation of UPS, Battery charger, protective relays and capacitor bank.
handle projects & troubleshooting in electrical equipments.
•handle for switchgear, control panel, pump and motor
•knowledge on 36kv sf6 circuit breaker, air circuit breaker and 33&11kv vaccum circuit breaker.
•operation and maintenances of 11kv& 6.6kv switch gear.
•monitoring in variable frequency drive and production relays.
•co-ordination for SCADA, PLC and tele-protection modification
•monitoring of ups, battery charger and capacitor bank
•Troubleshooting of all Electrical Equipment in the oil field platform.
