2008/ 2014 NCIS Rota, Spain
• Lead Special Agent in support of a law enforcement capacity building mission. The objective was to operationalize the law enforcement counter-narcotics (CN) capability of the Republic of Cape Verde.
• Assessing law enforcement agencies
• Planning & conducting law enforcement training
• Budgeting & requisitioning of equipment
• Briefing mission progress to up to ambassadorial and ministerial levels.
• Threat & Vulnerability Assessments in several West Central African countries.
• Protection Security Operations for senior U. S. Government officials. These missions entailed coordination with local police & military.
• Provided security briefings to U.S. Navy commands. The briefings highlighted risk preventative measures, cultural awareness & terrorism as well as civil unrest. It provided safe havens and evacuation points.

• Conducted CI investigations at an inter-agency level.
• Initiated a joint Research Technology Protection operation at an inter-agency level.
• Planned and coordinated the security operations for the commissioning of two U.S. Navy ships (USS KIDD & USS TEXAS). It entailed extensive inter-agency coordination.
CENTCOM Deployments
• In Iraq, 2004, assigned to the Strategic Counterintelligence Directorate.
• In Djibouti, (2006), attached to the intelligence staff, Combined Joint Task Force-Horn of Africa.
• Instituted a methodology in the security screening of hiring local employees at both these locations.
• In Djibouti, surveyed villages for civil military operations (i.e. building schools).

• Prime responsibility was identifying CI requirements relevant to the command.
• Provided CI briefs to command.
2000/2003 U.S. Embassy Panama for CI Support
• Attaché’ posting for Force Protection. Post 9/11, I conducted a comprehensive security assessment of the Panama Canal later the basis of a bilateral Force Protection MOA for transiting USN Assets.

• As the Task Force CI Coordinating Authority (TFCICA), I coordinated intelligence taskers.
