1. Prepares drawing designs for fit-out and shop drawings.
2. Create 3D design using sketch up and autocad.
3. Prepares layout and details of the project drawing for the
clients.
4. Evaluate designs at all times.
5. Coordinate with the clients in terms of design, plans and
specification of the project.
6. Ensure that the shop drawing are in accordance with the
approved plans, specification and based on requirement of
the client.
7. Ensure that all drawings and projects are properly compiled
in the server.
>I manage to do kitchen plan and 3D modeler using appropriate software (autocad2011 & sketch-up pro)
>manage to inspect the site and get the actual measurement of the projects.
>coordinate with the PM and foreman of the site for updating the site condition.
Manage to present to the clients the kitchen and wardrobe product’s that we sell.
to represent the company on site meeting.
To coordinate the project with the client.
to sketch and draft the clients kitchen plan and elevation.
to submit designed kitchen plan to the client for approval of the design.
to manage and supervise the installation of the kitchen cabinet and closet at site.
and to manage the turnover of the project to the main contractor.
Design and edit house floor plan for the client thru the AutoCAD 2009 software. ( specialize in architectural, elevation, plumbing)
