Collecting cash and documents from all cashiers from Cinema, Leisure and Entertainment, Emaar Gift Card and Valet Parking.
• Preparation of collecting money from Emaar Gift Card to be deposit in the bank.
• Vault monitoring, Skimming and Spot checking of Cashiers.
• Sending variance report to respective manager.
• Updating sales report to all attraction.
• Performing data entry and related duties in posting at Oracle System includes maintaining ledgers, credit balances and resolving account irregularities.
• Updating daily sales report.
• Processing of payment to supplier, account reconciliation and issuing invoice to supplier.
• Auditing Emaar Gift Card sales to all business units
• Check and verify documents on back reconciliation and ensure proper documentation for internal and external auditors review.
• Check the online orders and match with the card collections done at selling outlets
• Supervising the Billing Team
• Signing of Sales Invoices
• Reconciliation of Monthly Sales
• Checking all the purchase order of the client.
• Conducting quarterly training to Sales Executive on how to create an accurate Sales Order.
