Maintain in the laboratory in an orderly fashion by assigning house keeping duties and following a strict general sanitation program
Insure that all quality / process control test are properly carried out and on time. This should be carried out by receiving the QC line report and taking random sample at least twice per shift.
Carry out all essential test to issue the proper operation of filling lines, such control drink for what is to be done on the line and inverted brix.
Insure that all laboratory, filling line equipment and tanks are maintained and sanitized at their specified time.
Insure that accurate calibration is performed on all equipment instruments.
Keeping and updating accurate records of all sanitation, production, calibration activities in laboratories and the filling line.
Manage and maintain high quality most efficiency of all quality control operations.
Write and follow up on maintenance work orders.
Plan, orient and assist chemist and technicians.
Supervise and assist chemist when needed.
Monitor raw materials, chemicals and laboratory supplies,

Re-checking the concentration of chemicals used such as Boric acid, potassium Chloride, and Zinc Chloride.
Assist in test and mixing of plant solution during replacement of chemicals used in every tank.
Washing Machine Factory
Analyze the pre-treatment process of bonder zing prior to powder painting.
Assist test and research work for product development.
Analyze raw materials, product in process and finished product sample by using atomic absorption spectrophotometer in getting their assay value and percentage purity.
Record and report analysis results to unit or person concerned on time.
Prepare, standardize, re-standardize laboratory and plant solution.
Call the attention of supervisor upon detection of off-specification in the absence of superiors.
Stimulate corrective actions upon detection of off-specifications in the absence of superiors.
Assist in test and research work for product development.
Takreer CBDC Project
Area of
Responsible to carry out all the required testing, sampling and other related concrete works on the individual materials, composition in accordance with the required standard.
To ensure that the testing procedure is in accordance with the specification.
Shall conduct all the necessary test needed in the project and will certify/witness by QA/QC inspector or engineer.
Responsible for safekeeping/filing of all approved test result and all requirements prior to documentation.
To ensure that all concrete delivered to site as per client specification.
Monitoring site inspection & field testing for soil inspection, backfilling and concrete delivery.
Scope: Monitoring the inspection and test status at different stage of manufacture.
Job Responsibilities:
Conduct inspection for raw materials received from the supplier as per quality plan and according to relevant works instruction complying AL-HADA STD.
Approves sticker for new materials fit for use, and tagged hold or rejected for materials unsuitable for use.
All inspection and test status shall recorded in QC inspection sheet and incidence report for any out of specs product and raw materials.
Responsible to keep all record, documents of quality control department such as physiochemical analysis and air test sheet.
Conduct monitoring of production I process parameters according to quality plan and counter sign the respective “on line quality inspection”.
Responsible to conduct any raw material for trial run with the production supervisor and draw samples for inspection and testing to be submitted to QC manager for approval.
All final decision for approving materials inspection shall be recorded on the material receipt voucher.
Lab. Analyst/Microbiologist
Shall prepare laboratory rejection report regarding out of specs finished product.
Shall test any residual disinfectant and ozone before production start up.
Shall carry chemical and microbiologist test for raw water, treated water and finished product according to quality plan.
Shall draw finished product sample on regular basis, for testing and shelf life follow-up.
HACCP SYSTEM
Conduct hygiene Auditing to all area of production processing and the whole plant as well, prepare report to be submitted to the quality control manager.
Monitoring first two trips of water truck delivery for odor and Turbidity (Visual) properties.
Daily chemical analysis for iron and nitrate of water treatment plant heat exchanger.
Conducting visual inspection for filling room operator, injection moulding and SBO operator for wearing all the safety gadgets during processing and production time.

Achieve 100% mark of NSF International last Sept. 7, 2002
