Preparation of RFI, Technical Queries, Material substitution proposal, shop drawings, as built quantity, as built drawing, daily activity reports, Weekly progress reports with PRIMAVERA updates, monthly inspection reports; assist the personnel from independent laboratory during field density test, slump test, leak test, flood test, among others. And document submittals necessary to implement what was specified in the contract are my main duties.

Collect, review and file all the requests and laboratory reports in book bound.
Submit Monthly Material Inspection Progress Report to Ministry of Transport (original hard copy plus soft copy in CD)

Entertained my private clients on their residential and commercial building plans and construction of the same.
Prepared complete sets of building plans in all engineering discipline necessary to construct the building using AUTOCAD 2009.
