As a Senior Representative, Reporting to Branch Manager, I am involved in the below tasks.
● Managing & Coordinating with Service Reception, Indoor & Outdoor Marketing Team
● Handling Fleet Customer accounts, preparing estimates, LPO & payment collection
● Direct sales of Service contracts, Motor Insurance and other add-on services.
● Enhancing revenue by means of marketing activities for Service, Sales as wells as parts
● Customer handling activities for Walk-in customers and over the phone.
● Post Service follow-ups and emergency care
As a Senior Sales Executive, below were my key roles and responsibilities
● Assessed client needs, negotiated price, and assisted customers through the credit process
● Maintained Customer Relationship Management (CRM) information in database software accurately
● Utilized CRM database as a selling instrument to complete open deals and find sales opportunities
● Demonstrated all vehicle features to customer.
● Matched subprime customers with proper vehicles in order for them to secure a loan
● Established long-term relationship with customers by a pattern of repeat sales, client loyalty and referrals.
As a Sales Team Lead, following were the list of activities done by me.
● As a Team Lead, creating processes which streamlined agent's workflow & increased productivity for the sales team
