1.Contracts Administration:
Evaluation of tenders of structural steel projects
Review contract and commercial terms and asses risks
Perform detailed tender review with GM prior to submission
Interpret and follow Company tendering processes and procedures to ensure all aspects of tenders are met including relevant discipline codes and standards
Review and monitor project progress to assure adherence to contract specifications and requirements
2.Estimation:
Prepare and submit accurate cost estimation and competitive techno-commercial offers
Review and approve estimates for submission
Prepare project method statement, material take-off
3.Project Execution:
Build relationship with customers, consultants and vendors
Handover of approved final cost estimation along with all relevant drawings to Execution team
Coordinate with Project Execution team for monitoring costs, preparation of estimation for variation works, valuations and claims
Project implementation plan, coordination and follow up;
Prepare and follow up project document submission and approval process
Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by the clients
4.Cost Engineering:
Analyze Project P & L and Cash flow, and offer innovative solutions for cost management
Assist to prepare project as-built costing and invoicing.
Prepare Monthly Costing reports and analyze overall company performance
5.Engineering
Provide technical support to the engineering team in executing projects
Investigate technical aspects and root cause of problems.
Initiate corrective actions to rectify problems.
Develop measures to prevent recurrence of problems.
Ensure collaborative relationship with manufacturing floor personnel
6.Planning and Scheduling:
Ensure meeting of key timing commitments.
Implement best practices in developing technical solutions.
Project programming and monitoring to achieve an on-time result. Monitor and update project schedules on a regular basis
Graduate in Bachelors of technology in Mechanical Engineering. Done a project During Final year of the course on Boilers. The title of the project is "Recycle of Condensate water and use as boiler feed water and Design of an economizer". The project consists of two parts: 1. Recycle of condensate water and use as boiler feed water. 2. Design of an economizer to pre-heat the boiler feed water and incerease the efficiency of the boiler.
