•Physical Connectivity in Data Center checking the End to End Cable Connectivity, trace the cable &
Crimping of UTP/Cat 5 Cables with Different Color Coding.
•Cisco CAPWAP Access Point (1800, 1700, 1600 series ) configuration and troubleshooting for wireless
devices connection
•Providing L1/L2 level support for wireless and LAN issue within SLA.
•Providing support to field engineer for troubleshooting router, switch and wireless access points issues.
•Experience on Cisco Wireless LAN Controller (8500) for management and configuration of AP's.
•Raise RMA against faulty Switch and Router in Cisco tech support.
